CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The client may cancel the stay, but must pay a cancellation fee depending on the number of days remaining to the first day of stay:

• more than 30 days – 0% of the total price for the stay
• 30 to 11 days - 30% of the total price for the stay
• 10 – 1 days - 40% of the total price for the stay

Cancellation of stay must be notified to Kathy Guest house in writing, by e-mail or by phone.
